SSRD

		In 1994 Mitsubishi Corporation Japan and Sinorail Development Inc under Ministry of Railways in China jointly established Shanghai Sinorail Diamond International Trading Co., Ltd (hereinafter called "SSRD") in Shanghai Waigaoqiao free trade zone. Its registered capital was US$500,000. (Each share is 50%).
		In 1996 in order to expand SSRD's business scope, both shareholders decided to increase SSRD's registered capital up to US$10Mil.

		In 2001 due to the reformation of organization by MOR, MOR decided to change Chinese partner from Sinorail Development to Beijing Railway Bureau.

		In November, 2004 we hold a 10 years anniversary reception in Beijing. There were more than 100 guests attended.
